Face to Face Therapy Sessions
The foundation of my work is to provide you with a confidential, private, and supportive safe space.
Face-to-face therapy allows you to bring your mental health needs to a supportive yet neutral space.
Sessions are scheduled at an appropriate and suitable time and day for each party
Virtual Therapy Sessions
Virtual sessions work in much the same way as traditional therapy sessions with only one significant difference – the therapist and the client are not in the same room.
Sessions are scheduled at an appropriate and suitable time and day for each party, who then log in via an agreed, secure video platform.
Outdoor Therapy Sessions
Being in nature has proven to benefit our mental health. The fluidity of walking helps make the conversation flow. It offers a grounded and connected interaction
Sessions are scheduled at an appropriate and suitable time and day for each party.
In general, we recommend six counselling sessions to begin with but on many occasions, more or less are appropriate.
While we’ll make recommendations, you are ultimately in control.
