About

“I believe therapy works because I have experienced the healing of therapy both as a client and as a qualified counselling psychologist.”

– Founder Reson Sindiyo

What excites me most about Counselling Psychology is the focus on the promotion of mental health and well being of clients as well as others. I encompass a broad range of culturally-sensitive practices that help clients improve their well-being, alleviate distress and maladjustment, resolve crises, and increase their ability to function better in their daily lives.

My job is to offer you a fresh perspective on the things that are bothering you, to observe things that you may not already be aware of, and to encourage you to embrace the here and now. I believe that self-awareness is a key aspect in counselling, and therefore to living a full and content life.
