What is self care and why is it important?
Self-care encourages self-improvement. When our self-esteem and self-awareness improves, it has a positive effect on our overall mindset. This, in turn, enables us to care for our friends and loved ones in a way that we might not have been able to do before. We all have different requirements for self-care, but in general, the goals of self-care are to find a state of good mental and physical health, reduce stress, meet emotional needs,
maintain our relationships.
Self-care, is not a selfish act and by not taking care of your own emotional and physical needs you may begin to experience a decline in your own emotional or physical state.
